We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Southeast Houston client! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professionals with strong shipping, receiving, and inventory management experience who are ready to interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Southeast Houston, TX 77012
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties: Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse environment. Process customer and warehouse orders, receive and verify incoming shipments, and prepare outgoing materials for distribution. Schedule large shipments, coordinate freight deliveries, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Maintain inventory records, track shipments, and update shipping information using warehouse management and carrier software systems. Utilize FedEx, UPS, and third-party logistics (3PL) platforms to process shipments and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and forklift operations as needed while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shipping & Receiving Clerk experience required. Candidates must have previous warehouse experience and familiarity with shipping software, inventory management systems, FedEx, UPS, and third-party logistics (3PL) processes. Must be able to operate a forklift and assist with warehouse material handling responsibilities. Strong computer skills, accurate data entry, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating shipments, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
