We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Call Center Associate
• Location: Northwest Houston, TX
• Pay: $19
• Hours: Flexible Schedule - Nights & Weekends
• Duration: Temp to Hire

• Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements. Detail-oriented; excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Type 40 WPM.  Call center experience, healthcare or medical administrative office experience, and MS Office.
