We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate for our Humble, TX area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Humble, TX
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties: Assist customers with calls, emails, product questions, pricing, availability, and quotes for industrial products. Enter and process customer orders accurately while following up on quotes, orders, and delivery updates. Work closely with sales, vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve customer needs and keep orders moving.

Requirements: 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, logistics, or sales support experience. Industrial product knowledge, including hose, fittings, valves, expansion joints, packing, or similar products, is required. Must have strong communication, customer service, and computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
