We're hiring an Engineering Administrator for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Document Control Administrator
• Location: Houston, TX
• Pay: $28-$30/hr 
• Hours: Monday–Friday 8 am - 5 pm 
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:

• Review, process, and maintain engineering documents, including drawings, change orders, specifications, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Engineering Release Notices (ERNs), and Product Statement of Requirements (PSORs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain Material Masters, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Production Versions in SAP S/4HANA while supporting multiple company locations.
• Coordinate document control activities by organizing technical files, managing SharePoint sites, distributing engineering communications, and maintaining current documentation.
• Provide administrative support through data entry, report generation, office supply management, and collaboration with engineering teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of administrative or document control experience.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including Material Masters and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation; Oil & Gas or engineering industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
