We're hiring a Machine Operators (Nights) for our Pearland, TX client! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Machine Operator (Nights)
Location: Pearland, TX
Pay: $17.75 + $2.50 Shift Differential Available for Night Shift
Hours: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays), Training on Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Transition to Night Shift after training
Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties:

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Perform quality inspections and complete equipment setup checklists.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation.
• Report product quality issues and equipment concerns immediately.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly store tools, materials, and equipment in designated locations.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.
• Ability to operate or learn manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
