We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Cypress Texas
• Pay: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Description of Duties

• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on pricing, availability, and shipping. Resolve order, shipping, and billing issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage returns, warranty claims, and identify opportunities to offer additional products/services

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of customer service or related experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail
