DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Pump Mechanic
- Location: Houston, TX
- Pay: $31-$46/hr.
- Hours: Days
- Duration: temp-to-hire
- Description of Duties: Perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on split-case, vertical, and centrifugal pumps and related equipment; Disassemble, inspect and diagnose mechanical issues; Conduct precision alignments, including shaft and coupling alignments; Reassemble and test pumps; Maintain documentation of all inspections, repairs, and testing
- Requirements: 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting / repairing pumps; Ability to read and interpret blueprints & drawings; Experience with precision measurement tools and laser alignment systems.
