We’re hiring a LAND SURVEY - PARTY CHIEF for our Houston-area client! We are looking for experienced, dependable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Party Chief
• Location: Southwest Houston
• Pay: $26-$30/hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Survey crews typically depart between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM and work 8+ hours per day.
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire 
• Description of Duties: Lead and coordinate daily land surveying activities for commercial and construction projects. Perform boundary and topographic surveys using Total Station, GPS, and leveling equipment. Conduct construction layout and staking for buildings, utilities, paving, and site development projects. Ensure accuracy of field measurements, maintain project documentation, and communicate effectively with office staff, contractors, and crew members. Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while adhering to project schedules and safety standards. 
• Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of field surveying experience required. Previous experience overseeing survey crews and performing construction staking is preferred. Must be proficient with Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and survey data. Valid Texas Driver License with a clean and safe driving record required. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
