Colorectal Surgeon – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified colorectal surgeons are invited to bring outpatient surgical cases to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 3rd floor. With a large combined GI/colorectal market of $175.0M and growing demand for outpatient procedures, this is a strong opportunity to gain equity ownership while keeping your independent practice and referral base.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: hemorrhoidectomy, anal fistula repair, pilonidal cyst excision, colonoscopy with polypectomy, sphincterotomy, and other eligible outpatient colorectal cases.
