ENT Surgeon / Otolaryngologist – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified ENT surgeons / otolaryngologists are invited to bring outpatient surgical cases to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 4th floor. With a $53.3M independent physician market, ENT represents one of the largest and highest-value specialty opportunities in the tri-county area.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery (FESS), tympanoplasty, myringotomy with tubes, thyroid/parathyroid surgery, laryngoscopy, and other eligible outpatient ENT procedures.

Ideal for a board-certified otolaryngologist with an established outpatient volume and referral base within 1 hour of Greater Orlando who wants better scheduling, superior economics, and meaningful equity ownership in a physician-governed ASC.
