General Surgeon – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified general surgeons are invited to bring outpatient cases to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 3rd floor. With strong demand for efficient outpatient surgery and a $27.7M independent physician market in the area, this is an ideal opportunity to maintain clinical autonomy while gaining meaningful equity ownership.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR

• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: hernia repair (inguinal, ventral, umbilical), cholecystectomy, breast biopsy/excision, soft tissue procedures, wound care, and other eligible outpatient general surgery cases.
