Gynecologic Surgeon – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified gynecologic surgeons (or OB/GYNs) are invited to bring outpatient GYN procedures to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 4th floor. With strong growth in outpatient gynecology and a $34.6M independent physician market in the area, this is an ideal opportunity to combine clinical autonomy with meaningful equity ownership while keeping your independent practice and referral base.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: hysteroscopy (diagnostic/operative), laparoscopic procedures, endometrial ablation, D&C, LEEP/cone biopsy, tubal ligation, and other eligible outpatient gynecologic cases.
