Plastic Surgeon – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Board-certified plastic surgeons are invited to bring outpatient cosmetic and reconstructive cases to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 4th floor. • $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: breast augmentation/reconstruction, abdominoplasty, liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, skin grafting, hand surgery, and other outpatient plastic surgery cases.

Ideal for a board-certified plastic surgeon with an established outpatient volume and referral base within 1 hour of Greater Orlando who wants best-in-class OR suites, better scheduling, and meaningful equity ownership in a physician-governed ASC.
