Urologist – Physician Partner Opportunity ASC | Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)

Seeking board-certified urologists to join a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center as an equity partner on the 4th floor. Bring your outpatient urologic cases to a state-of-the-art 63,000 sq ft facility while keeping your independent practice and referral base.

• $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
• Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
• 20%+ projected IRR
• $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
• Distributions projected to begin in Year 2

Eligible procedures include: cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, prostate procedures (UroLift, Rezum, TURP), vasectomy, circumcision, hydrocelectomy, and other outpatient urologic cases.
