Inspired by local DPC leaders, we’re growing fast and seeking a compassionate physician to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness guidance.
• Offer extended in-office visits, telemedicine, after-hours access via phone/text/email, and same- or next-day appointments.
• Perform in-office procedures, coordinate cost-effective diagnostics, and empower patients with education and lifestyle support.
• Work in a low-volume, high-touch environment with capped membership to ensure quality over quantity.
• Collaborate with a supportive staff in a calm, physician-led setting.
• Optional: Bring your interests in areas like sports medicine, integrative health, or weight management.

Qualifications

• Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligibility).
• Genuine enthusiasm for the DPC model—prior experience helpful but not required; training provided.
• Excellent communicator with a heart for patient relationships; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Desire for true work-life balance: no call, no weekends, no hospital duties.
