As one of the fastest-growing cities in the region, this hidden gem is seeking an additional Level 3 Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon (with exposure to about Level 2 trauma cases) to meet surging demand. Due to an upcoming retirement and practice expansion, you'll join a collaborative team where you can develop any subspecialty or general orthopedics alongside high-volume trauma care. Ideal for experienced surgeons or those with fellowship training in trauma orthopedics.

Compensation & Financials

• Model: Employed position with base salary based on experience.
• Incentives: wRVU production bonuses for uncapped earning potential.
• Billing: Comprehensive in-house system for hassle-free collections.
• Earnings: 90th percentile potential from Day 1.
• Relocation: $12,000 allowance
• Signing Bonus: Based on experience
• Student Loans/Stipends: Available

• CME: $3,000 allowance + $1,500 professional expenses
• PTO: 27 days (15 vacation + 5 CME + 7 holidays)
