Job Description
This designer reports into a creative structure where a Design Director sets vision and a Lead Motion Designer runs day-to-day work and quality reviews. The leads ideate and review, but they want someone who can carry work from concept through final execution without needing every step handed to them.
Success here looks like a self-sufficient generalist who thinks across the whole process, holds up under agency pace, and treats tight automotive brand standards as a given rather than a constraint. This is a role for a designer with strong creative instincts and the range to move comfortably between 2D, motion, and 3D work.
