Job Description

C2’s client, a global leader in workforce innovation and one of the world’s most ethical and inclusive employers, seeks a Project Manager to play a critical role in building structure within a newly evolving governance environment. Rather than stepping into a fully established system, this individual will help shape how work gets done by introducing clarity, consistency, and scalable processes across teams.

The role sits at the intersection of multiple functions and will require close collaboration with a governance board composed of senior leaders across Marketing, Procurement, Technology, and Digital. Success in this position will depend on the ability to translate broad objectives into practical frameworks, facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders, and bring momentum to initiatives that are still taking shape.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up—creating not just deliverables, but sustainable ways of working that will have lasting impact beyond the duration of the engagement.
