C2’s client, a long-standing marketing and retail solutions partner to the automotive industry, seeks a Digital Project Manager to drive execution across client-facing digital projects from kickoff through delivery.
This role exists to keep work moving. The team runs multiple short-cycle projects across a range of brands and deliverables, and this person ensures everything stays aligned, on schedule, and clearly communicated across teams and clients. You are the connective tissue between design, development, and stakeholders, making sure nothing slips and no one is guessing.

Projects span digital, design, and interactive deliverables, often within compressed timelines, and demand strong organization and follow-through. You will manage timelines, facilitate communication, and ensure clarity across all phases of work, from kickoff through final delivery. This role requires balancing structure with flexibility, keeping projects organized and on track while supporting creative and development teams in doing their best work. Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent client projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking systems across all active work
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and internal reviews to maintain progress and clarity
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and resolve them before impacting delivery
Coordinate day-to-day work between design, development, and client or agency stakeholders
Translate client briefs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams
Manage scope, feedback cycles, and competing priorities to protect team focus and timelines
Maintain consistent communication with clients and partners, providing updates and managing expectations
Document and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and next steps
Keep project documentation, assets, and deliverables organized and accessible
Support internal process improvements and contribute to workflow refinement
Maintain visibility into team capacity to support resourcing and planning conversations
Requirements:
Experience managing digital projects within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Experience working closely with designers and developers and translating between technical and client perspectives
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations with clients, partners, and internal teams
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar
Nice to Have:
Experience working on design-heavy or interactive digital projects such as websites, applications, experiential, or signage
Background supporting agency clients or managing multi-brand project portfolios
Familiarity with front-end development concepts
Automotive or retail industry experience
