C2’s client, a global leader in workforce innovation and one of the world’s most ethical and inclusive employers, seeks a project-based contract Digital & Motion Designer to support fast-paced creative campaigns and collateral. Reporting to the Global Creative Lead, this designer will help the in-house creative team (which operates as an internal agency) bring digital white papers, toolkits, and high-impact motion graphics for social media to life, always following enterprise brand standards and art direction.
This client is building their creative bench for ongoing and future project work. They’re looking for a trusted designer who will learn their workflow and brand, so they can “drop in” when busy campaigns arise. The Digital & Motion Designer will primarily support the Creative team, but also serve the Digital team as needed.
Start Date: When projects demand attention
Duration: On-demand, project-based contract
Location: Remote
Compensation: $30–$45/hr. commensurate with experience, paid as a W-2 employee of C2
Benefits: All C2 talent working 30+ hours/week for 30 days are eligible for medical, dental, optional vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO accrual
Technology: Talent must provide their own hardware and software unless otherwise specified
Job Description
The right Digital & Motion Designer is skilled in both sophisticated page layout and modern motion graphics. You will update, design, and format digital white papers (using InDesign), create toolkit assets, and produce video and animated content for social campaigns (using After Effects). Expect to collaborate closely with creative and digital teams, working quickly, following corporate brand standards, and delivering polished assets for an enterprise audience. Versatility, adaptability, and a reliable eye for clean design are crucial.
