C2 client, a fifth-generation, family-owned pet food company known for premium products and a commitment to tradition and innovation, seeks a full-time, Graphic Supervisor to lead and mentor a creative team while contributing hands-on design work. This newly created role will support the company’s goal to bring more design work in-house and build a high-performing, collaborative creative team.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full-time, direct hire (40 hours/week)
Location: Onsite – Mequon, WI
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000/year + benefits
Technology: Computer and software provided by client

• Phone interview with HR

Job Description:

Join a tight-knit, collaborative marketing team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping visual stories for a brand beloved by pet owners across the country. This is a fast-paced, onsite role where humility, creativity, and strong communication are valued. You’ll collaborate across teams to support product launches, retailer materials, consumer campaigns, and in-house creative needs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers
• Lead performance reviews, manage schedules, and approve PTO
• Balance management responsibilities with hands-on design work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and deadlines
• Identify process improvements and champion creative best practices
• Help drive the initiative to transition more creative work in-house

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing creative teams and conducting reviews
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
