Job Description
C2's client, a creative agency that helps companies develop organizational communication frameworks and strategies that define brands, build reputations and inspire business results, is searching for a ROCKSTAR Producer to join their team on a project-based, freelance basis in Milwaukee, WI. This is a very part-time role with no guaranteed hours, but when projects come in, they’ll be counting on you to make the magic happen.
You’re the type who can take a loose creative idea and turn it into a beautifully executed production—with style, structure, and serious calm under pressure.
Start Date: As projects arise
Duration: Freelance / Part-Time / As-Needed
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid preferred – some onsite collaboration may be required)
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
What You’ll Do:
- Manage video, photo, and multimedia projects from planning through post
- Coordinate shoot schedules, call sheets, permits, crew, and locations
- Own the details—logistics, timelines, and communication
- Be the on-set go-to: liaising with clients, talent, and team members
- Keep everything running smoothly, even when the unexpected pops up
What They're Looking For:
- Proven production experience, especially with branded or creative content
- Strong organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces
- Great communicator and confident team leader
- Comfortable working with creative teams and client stakeholders
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in agency or client-direct environments
- Familiarity with local vendors, crews, and locations
- A creative mindset with a love for bringing ideas to life
