Job Description

C2’s client, a video creation company that helps corporations captivate their audiences by mixing a documentary style with on-brand messaging, is searching for a versatile and experienced Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life across a variety of brand touchpoints—both print and digital. From event flyers and T-shirt designs to branded assets and product sales materials, you'll help shape the visual identity of our organization in a way that's compelling, cohesive, and impactful.

This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys turning ideas into polished deliverables, and is just as comfortable brainstorming in a group as they are running with a project solo.

Start date: As soon as they find the right person
Duration: Contract, approximately 5 hour per week to start, with the potential for hours increasing to 15-20 with anticipated projects 
Location: Remote work
Compensation: $28-$32/hour as a W2 employee of C2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of print and digital assets including posters, flyers, event handouts, promotional materials, and T-shirts
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all internal and external design work
  • Collaborate on and create visuals for the company’s annual report and product sales sheets
  • Create and refine internal logos and branded assets
  • Prepare files for both digital publishing and high-quality print production
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life
  • Take creative direction and feedback while also contributing your own perspective and solutions

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience designing for both promotional and corporate collateral
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Detail-oriented with excellent visual and conceptual skills

  • Open to feedback and revisions, but also confident in presenting ideas
    Reliable, resourceful, and able to take projects from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
  • Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is an advantage
  • Experience designing T-shirts or other event swag
  • Familiarity with print production processes
  • Knowledge of branding or identity design
