Job Description

C2 client, an integrated, full-service design, marketing and advertising firm that values connection and culture, seeks a part-time, on-demand Graphic Designer with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to join their team on a contract basis. This role is project-based and involves day-by-day assignments where needs can be determined the day before. Ideal candidate must be comfortable with knowing that expected duties will change from project to project. They must be experienced with adjusting priorities in fast-paced, high-volume environments and have availability from 9 am-5 pm CST.

Start date: As soon as they find the right person
Duration: On-demand, project-based, part-time, 9-5 pm CST work hours, approximately 3 months, with potential for ongoing work as needed
Location: Onsite in Milwaukee, WI preferred (Remote possible for the right candidate)
Compensation:  $24-$30/hr.
Benefits: All full-time (30 hours/week minimum) C2 talent are eligible for the following benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, and optional vision insurance, 401k with match and accrued paid time off (PTO)

Specific Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with their creative team to produce high-quality design work that aligns with client branding and marketing objectives
• Work on a variety of projects including print, digital, and branding materials
• Adapt quickly to changing project needs and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills across various media
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work between 9am and 5pm, as project needs arise
