C2's client, a small, but growing branding, marketing, social, and PR agency is searching for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their ever growing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging concepts, impactful assets, ensuring brand consistency/standards are met, and materials are relevant to the audience. This person will also support the organization in the development and implementation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing material.

Compensation: $70,000/yr. maximum
Job Description:
This position requires a candidate who can collaborate effectively with internal and external team members, but is also a self-starter able to work independently. The ideal candidate works well under the direction of senior-level team members, can quickly understand project requirements, and can prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines. They will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of design fundamentals. This candidate should stay current with design, web and social media trends, and technologies.

- Concept and execute web, social, print, email and digital advertising, presentation, and video projects for clients and the agency
- Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, and color appropriately to create innovative visual solutions
- Ensure an expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projects
- Participate, as needed, in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions with the account team
- Knowledge of printing procedures, photography, and illustration
- Confidently present and sell work to clients when needed
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house environment
- Master level of skill with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma or other UX/UI tools
- Experience designing for both static and motion graphics, including short-form video, animations, and interactive content a bonus
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, from concept to execution, across web, print, social, and email is a must
- Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and file preparation for physical media
- Ideal candidate has Mail Chimp or Hubspot experience to execute email campaigns - training available
- Ability to accept feedback in a rapid iterative process, and effectively produce pixel-perfect deliverables under tight deadlines
- A thoughtful, empathetic, and inclusive approach that meets every user where they are
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and development teams to align design with business goals
- Applies meticulous attention to detail whilst maintaining a high speed of output
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
- Meets deadlines while maintaining the quality of output
- Manages multiple projects and prioritizes them effectively
- Applies constructive and problem-solving approach to issues and challenges
- Exhibits exceptional rapport with key stakeholders at all levels
