Our client seeks a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive growth, oversee high-value accounts, and build long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who thrives in customer-focused, detail-oriented environments. You’re comfortable managing quarterly business reviews, customer contracts, and revenue growth initiatives, while collaborating across departments to drive results.
A background in marketing, ecommerce, or digital platforms is a plus, but your ability to understand client needs, anticipate solutions, and ensure customer success is what truly matters.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location: Hybrid, more frequent visits to the Milwaukee office during onboarding period (first 90 days) and on-site work for client meetings, team events or lunch & learn trainings
Compensation: $65-$70K salary and a competitive benefits package
