HTML/XML Documentation Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HTML/XML Documentation Coordinator to prepare, review, and organize technical documents for conversion into a new system.
This is primarily an administrative, document-focused role. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and some exposure to HTML and XML through previous work experience, education, or coursework. The team is willing to train the right individual on the specific processes and systems used in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize technical documents for system conversion.
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete, properly formatted, and ready for processing.
- Identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Assist with organizing and converting documentation using HTML and XML.
- Maintain organized records and track the status of assigned documents.
- Communicate with internal team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide general administrative and documentation support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, documentation, data entry, office support, or other detail-oriented role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience or exposure to HTML and XML, whether through work, school, coursework, or independent learning.
- Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
