Senior Business Development Executive, Workforce & Talent Solutions
Brightwing | Metro Detroit

We’re looking for a consultative sales professional who can leverage our brand, trademarked Elevate360® methodology, and experienced recruiting team to develop new client relationships and drive growth.
This is not an account management role. While you’ll benefit from existing relationships, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the market, success in this position requires creating new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and winning new business.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new client relationships across Metro Detroit and surrounding markets
  • Identify workforce, talent acquisition, leadership, and HR challenges within client organizations
  • Sell Brightwing’s portfolio of solutions, including:

o Contingent Staffing
o Direct Hire Recruiting
o Retained Executive Search
o Flex Recruit®
o Flex HR®

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Partner with Brightwing’s recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction
  • Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for growth

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships
  • Experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, SaaS, HR technology, or other consultative sales environments
  • Strong discovery, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Motivated by solving client problems and creating business impact
