Overview:
The Tech Docs Translation Specialist coordinates the translation of technical documentation for global audiences, ensuring accurate, timely publication of translated content. This role partners with cross-functional and international teams to manage translation workflows, prioritize urgent requests, and uphold documentation quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage translation projects for multiple technical document types and languages
Coordinate and process translation requests using internal platforms
Validate translated content for accuracy and publish to customer-facing systems
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Identify and document process improvements
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
