We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cash flow management, reconciliations, and cash management across multiple sites, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA certification. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the company's cash flow and ensure efficient cash management across multiple sites.- Perform detailed reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial statements.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and support business objectives.- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.-5+ years experience in manufacturing - CPA certification preferred.- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with a focus on cash flow, reconciliations, and cash management.- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
