Responsibilities:

• Manage and service client accounts, including processing policy changes, handling payments, and answering billing inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through excellent service and proactive communication.
• Quote and rate insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new products to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on account management or underwriting.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
• State of Michigan Property/Casualty Insurance License; Life/Health license is a plus.
• Proficiency in using multiple computer software programs.
