Responsibilities:
- Manage and service client accounts, including processing policy changes, handling payments, and answering billing inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through excellent service and proactive communication.
- Quote and rate insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on account management or underwriting.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- State of Michigan Property/Casualty Insurance License; Life/Health license is a plus.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer software programs.
