Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Technician with a valid CDL license to join our team in Miramar, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, has light electrical experience, and is eager to learn and grow with hands-on training. The position supports operations during the overnight and early daytime hours and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently under a valid CDL license

Perform light electrical maintenance and troubleshooting as required

Support technical operations and equipment maintenance

Use computer systems for logging activities, reporting issues, and following checklists

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects and assignments

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Ensure proper care and handling of tools and equipment

Communicate clearly and professionally in a team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications: Valid CDL license (Class A or B)

Clean driving record (no recent violations or suspensions)

Basic understanding of light electrical systems

Willingness to be trained and follow instructions

Proficient with basic computer skills

Available to work midnight shift (8:00 PM to 2:00 PM) with flexibility

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physically able to lift, move, and work with tools and machinery as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Previous experience as a technician or in a maintenance role

Mechanical aptitude or technical background

Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
