We’re seeking an energetic, organized, and experienced Dimensional Control Engineer to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for the development, design, and execution of all aspects of dimensional control—collaborating closely with Product Engineering and Manufacturing/Operations teams to establish a robust, integrated strategy across product, subassembly, component, and process levels. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Datum and Dimensional Control Strategy for our company.
• Collaborate with suppliers/partners and internal departments to execute the company Datum and Dimensional Contral Strategy and GD&T component requirements.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to balance and maintain program timing, performance, and budget.
• Deliver a Datum and Dimensional Control Strategy and process that meets overall product performance requirements, CAPEX and Opex targets, as well as uptime, quality, and customer requirements.
• Develop production execution of the Datum and Dimensional Control Strategy including product requirements, process documents, tooling specifications and standards, as well as document lessons learned for future programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute cross-functionally to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the product/process development system.
• Respond to executive team/internal team inquiries and cross functional issues to arrive at the best enterprise-wide balanced solution.
