Quality Control Supervisor 

Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm  |  2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (15% Shift Premium)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing quality standards, policies, and procedures.

• Initiate corrective actions to prevent product nonconformance.

• Provide support for administrative functions within the company as requested.

• Ensure adherence to safety, Responsible Care, and other relevant protocols.

• Perform responsibilities within the quality management system in accordance with established procedures.

• Maintain ethical and responsible behavior in all aspects of employment, including the use of computers, handling confidential information, and treating others with respect.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing environment (including exposure to loud noises and varying temperatures).

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment is preferred.
