Job Description: Mailroom Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan and file documents accurately.
- Manage and organize mail correspondences.
- Assist paralegals with mail-related tasks and other administrative duties as required.
- Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom.
- Utilize strong computer skills for mail tracking and documentation.

- Proficiency in mail sorting and scanning.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to assist and coordinate with paralegals.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with mail management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in filing and documentation.
