Digital Marketing Strategist
About the Role:
As the Digital Marketing Strategist reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and engagement across key sales channels. This role involves creating and managing email campaigns, developing marketing automation processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key sales channels to achieve business objectives.
Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on key industries and use cases to generate leads for sales teams and engage with existing customers.
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to streamline and enhance marketing efforts, including:
Customer journey mapping and optimization to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs.
Develop and implement best practices for marketing automation.
Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
Develop promotional content and stories to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
Develop dashboards, analyze, and report on performance to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision-making focused on campaign optimization.
Maintain clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
What Will Give You the Edge:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or strategic communications.
Deep understanding of marketing channels and tactics such as email marketing, ads, events, and how to adapt tactics to different audiences and goals.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, and sales tools such as Salesforce and other CRMs.
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms.
