Recruiter
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across Legal, Clean Energy, Engineering, Finance and HR environments. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in professional, technical, and hard-to-fill positions while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements across legal, Clean Energy, Engineering, Finance and HR industries.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for legal, technical, engineering, operations, and clean-energy roles.
- Provide proactive communication and high-quality service to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent clients at job fairs, recruiting events, and community or educational outreach.
Qualifications
- Preferred industry experience: Legal, Clean Energy, Finance, Engineering & HR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
- Proven ability to fill technical, professional, or specialized roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results oriented.
