Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate automatic transmission systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct detailed testing and analysis of transmission components and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve issues.
- Utilize advanced simulation and modeling tools to predict transmission performance and durability.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to support development and validation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the development and validation of automatic transmissions.
