Technical Analyst
Job Summary:
The position will require a hybrid work schedule. Initial training will be conducted onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. Subsequent duties and work schedule will be a work-from-home scenario.
Daily assignments include communicating with multiple clients both internal and external. This position must ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks which maintain compliance to both corporate and customer standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review specific vehicle conditions
- Review specific diagnosis and repair procedures performed
- Review parts required for repairs
- Review attached media regarding the cause/correction
- Reject any incomplete DID-I reports
- Follow-up on all rejected DID-I reports with the specific dealer and ensure all revisions have been incorporated correctly
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the engineering and service organizations
- Follow current DID-I procedures and processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Provide updated DID-I project information relating to project schedules, and project changes
- Document open issues and follow through on resolution as needed
- Use of Content Development QS 9000/TS16949 Procedures, Work Instructions, Training and Records according to the corporate quality system
