Pay & Benefits

• $22.75–$28/hour, paid weekly

• Performance bonus: Up to $0.50/hour based on monthly performance

• Seasonal bonus: Up to $1,000 based on performance, attendance, and reliability

Schedule & Hours

• 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day

• Set your availability through our scheduling system

• Start at 10:45 or 11:10 AM; work until deliveries are complete

• Approximately 165–170 stops daily

What You'll Do

• Safely deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs

• Drive company vans and complete daily safety inspections

• Walk, bend, climb stairs, and enter and exit the van throughout your route

• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures

• Use a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication

• Deliver in all weather conditions

Requirements

• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver's license

• Comfortable with active, physical work

• Must be willing to submit to employer-paid background and MVR checks

• Must be willing to submit to a 5-panel rapid drug test

Delivery driving, DSP, courier, warehouse, and other hands-on experience are welcome. No CDL required. Military veterans are encouraged to apply!
