CDL-A Regional Solo Driver – $23/HR Potential – Weekly Pay – Davenport, FL

AUM LOGIX is hiring Full-Time CDL-A Regional Solo Drivers in Davenport, FL 33897!

Earn $22/hour PLUS a $1/hour safety incentive while operating newer 2025 Freightliner sleeper tractors on established regional routes throughout Florida and the Southeast.

PAY & BONUSES

• $22/hour base pay

• Additional $1/hour safety incentive

• Weekly pay

• Approximately $88 recovery bonus for qualifying short-notice recovery runs

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

This position operates on a repeating two-day regional route cycle.

• Drive up to 11 hours on the outbound route.

• Take a 10-hour sleeper berth rest period.

• Drive up to another 11 hours to return to the home yard.

• Complete a 10-hour rest period at home.

• Drivers may be dispatched for another route cycle following their home reset, depending on available hours and operational needs.

• A longer break follows the second route cycle based on accumulated hours and scheduling.

Important: This is NOT a traditional 2-on/2-off, 4-on/4-off, or home-daily position. Drivers must be flexible with dispatch times and comfortable with overnight sleeper breaks.

• 4:30 AM

• 12:30 PM

• 4:30 PM

• 7:30 PM

• 10:30 PM

ROUTE AREA

Regional routes primarily covering:

• Florida

• Georgia

• Alabama

• South Carolina border markets

EQUIPMENT

• 2025 Freightliner sleeper tractors

• Sleeper berth

• New refrigerator

• New microwave

• New mattress

• Slip seating required

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Approximately two weeks of onboarding

CDL-A DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of OTR, regional, or significant highway driving experience

• Approximately 2 years of CDL-A experience preferred

• Safe driving history

• Comfortable operating across state lines

• Flexible with changing dispatch times

• Comfortable with overnight sleeper berth rest periods

• Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
