CDL-A OTR & Regional Truck Drivers — $23/Hour

We are hiring dependable CDL-A truck drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) Solo and Regional driving positions based out of Houston, Texas 77050.

Whether you prefer longer-distance OTR driving with an assigned sleeper truck or a regional position with a rotating schedule, we offer multiple opportunities to fit your needs.

1. OTR Solo CDL-A Driver

Approximately $1,600/Week | 5 Days Out / 2 Days Home

This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy longer-distance routes, want an assigned truck, and value scheduled time at home.

Position Details

• Pay: $23 per hour
• Approximate weekly earnings: $1,600, depending on hours worked and applicable overtime
• Typical schedule: 5 days out / 2 consecutive days home
• Dispatch: Sunday or Monday, depending on assignment
• Typical start time: Approximately 5:00 PM
• Equipment: 2026 Freightliner sleeper truck
• Assigned truck — no slip-seating
• Sleeper amenities may include a TV, microwave, and refrigerator
• Weekend availability depends on the assigned schedule

2. Regional CDL-A Driver

Multiple Schedule Options | $23/Hour

We also have regional opportunities for drivers looking for a rotating work schedule.

Available rotations may include:

• 4 days on / 4 days off
• 2 days on / 2 days off

Position Details

• Pay: $23 per hour
• Shifts typically run 13.5–14 hours, depending on the position
• Must be comfortable with the assigned regional schedule and overnight travel
• Weekend availability required
• Overtime may be available, depending on the position and hours worked
• Equipment includes late-model Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo trucks

Schedule availability varies by assignment.

CDL-A Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• One year or more of CDL-A driving experience preferred
• Select positions may consider drivers with 3–6 months of experience
• SAP-program drivers are encouraged to apply; applications will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable requirements
• Safe driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable with the schedule and route requirements of the selected position
