Delivery Driver – $180/Day | Weekly Bonuses 

If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and like staying active, we want you on our team. As a Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company vehicle, deliver packages, and serve customers across the St. Augustine area. No CDL is required.

Safe Serve is a FedEx contractor focused on safe, reliable package delivery and supporting our drivers with company vehicles, uniforms, and a safety-first team. Our terminal is located at 13509 Waterworks St., Jacksonville, FL 32221.

Pay & Benefits

• $180/day
• $165/day training pay
• Weekly paycheck
• Paid training
• Daily activity and safety bonuses available
• Peak bonuses for extra days
• PTO: 5 days after 1 year; 10 days after 2 years
• Health plan with 50% company contribution after 30 days
• Company vehicle and uniform provided

Schedule & Hours

• Start: 8:00 AM until delivery completion
• Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday
• Monday–Sunday operations
• Opportunity to work 6 days/week
• Average 150 stops per day

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up vehicle and packages at the FedEx terminal
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections
• Safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages to residential and business locations
• Use GPS and scanning tools
• Handle packages up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical
• Must be able to handle packages up to 150 lbs and work in all weather
• Box truck, large vehicle, delivery, courier, or home delivery experience preferred
• At least 1 year of manual labor experience is accepted
