Delivery Driver

$200–$230/Day | $100/Day Training Pay

Want a driving job where you’re known by name, not treated like a number? ParcelPac Inc. is a small FedEx contractor looking for safe, reliable drivers to join our long-term team. We deliver about 175 packages per day on dense routes around Centennial, Englewood, and Cherry Hills Village.

About ParcelPac Inc.

We started in 2020 and run a small, organized operation with about 9–10 trucks on busy days. We focus on safety, personal training, organization, and great customer service.

Pay & Benefits

• $220–$230/day with qualifying delivery experience

• $200/day standard pay

• $100/day training pay for 1–2 weeks

• $500 30-day retro training bonus based on performance

Schedule

8:30 AM until deliveries are complete. Full-time schedules include Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Sunday–Thursday. Limited part-time work may be available 1–4 days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Work as a Delivery Driver picking up and delivering packages

• Complete vehicle inspections and safely operate a DOT-certified vehicle

• Scan and log packages

• Use GPS to navigate routes

• Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs.

• Provide professional customer service in all weather

What You Need

• Be 21+

• Valid driver’s license

• Willingness to submit to an employer-paid DOT physical

• Ability to safely lift and handle packages up to 150 lbs.

• Prior route delivery, FedEx, UPS, box truck, step van, appliance delivery, moving, or similar large-vehicle experience preferred

• CDL is not required
