FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – $160–$200/Day + PTO

Ready for a job where hard work pays off? GSC Logistics, a FedEx contractor, is hiring reliable Delivery Drivers in Bessemer, AL. We provide the vehicle, uniform, paid training, and support you need. No CDL required.

About GSC Logistics

Since March 2024, we’ve grown from the ground up to as many as 17 routes per day. Join a growing, safety-focused team at 3200 Rodeo Ct., Bessemer, AL 35022, delivering in Alabaster, Montevallo, and surrounding areas.

Pay & Benefits

• $160–$180/day based on evaluation
• $120/day paid training — about 2 weeks
• $200 Bonus - On 2 week solo evaluation
• 90-day pay evaluation
• 5 PTO days after 90-day evaluation
• 10 PTO days after 1 year
• Company vehicle & uniform provided

Schedule

• Start: 8:00 AM until route completion
• Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday
• Part-Time Delivery Driver: 2–4 days/week, Wednesday–Saturday
• Operations run Monday–Sunday

What You’ll Do

• Complete about 100 package delivery stops per day
• Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Scan, load, and deliver packages using GPS
• Deliver to residential and retail locations
• Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs.

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Driving or physical/manual labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR and background check
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and DOT physical
• Dependable, motivated, and able to follow directions
