• $1,700-$2,000 average weekly gross per driver
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed minimum
• 4,700-4,800 team miles per week
• Weekly direct deposit
• Quarterly safety bonus based on 1% of quarterly miles

Schedule

Full-Time Team Position

• Typically 5 days out / 2 days home
• Dispatch from Kernersville, NC 27284
• Home every week
• Approximately 34-hour home reset
• Dispatch times and routes may vary based on FedEx freight volume

Terminal Location

CDL-A Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement required
• Minimum age 21
• Verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, OR
• 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years, OR
• 6 months of experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
• Ability to pass DOT physical
• Ability to pass required drug screen and background check
