Delivery Driver – $19/hr + $1,000 Peak Season Bonus - Marcy, NY

Hiring now for reliable Delivery Drivers! Join us as we grow our new FedEx operation in Marcy. You’ll deliver packages across Utica, New Hartford, and Clinton using a company vehicle and GPS. No CDL required, and we provide paid training and uniforms.

Full-time drivers may be eligible to earn a $1,000 Peak Season Bonus! The bonus is designed to reward full-time team members who consistently report to work as scheduled, work their full-time schedule throughout peak season, and remain actively employed and in good standing through the completion of peak season. The bonus is paid immediately following the completion of peak season for employees who meet the eligibility requirements.

We’re a brand-new FedEx contractor building a dependable team before peak season. Our terminal is at 101 Candella Express Dr, Marcy, NY 13403. We value safety, teamwork, and drivers who take pride in doing the job right.

Pay & Benefits

• $1,000 Peak Season Bonus opportunity for eligible full-time drivers $500 paid out before Christmas

Schedule

• Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Wednesday–Sunday
• Part-time: 2–4 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day
• Start 8–9 AM until deliveries are complete

Peak Season Bonus

Eligible full-time employees can earn a $1,000 Peak Season Bonus by consistently meeting the program expectations throughout peak season, including:

• Reporting to work on time and as scheduled
• Working your full-time schedule throughout peak season
• Having no or very limited call-outs
• Remaining actively employed and in good standing through the completion of peak season

The $1,000 bonus will be paid immediately following the completion of peak season to employees who meet the eligibility requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Complete package delivery routes safely
• Inspect, load, scan, and log packages
• Use GPS to navigate routes
• Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record
• Must be willing to submit to required DOT physical and other job-related screening
