Delivery Driver up to $26.50/hr + weekly bonuses | Non-CDL

If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and like staying active, we want you on our team! Pointer Express offers steady package delivery work, weekly pay, bonuses, and company vehicles. No CDL is required.

About Pointer Express LLC

Pointer Express is a veteran-owned Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving Eastern New York and Vermont since 2023. We offer a team-focused workplace with rural and city routes. Our terminal is 1159 County Route 24, Granville, NY 12832.

Pay & Benefits

• $24–$26.50/hr with performance and rescue bonuses
• $50/week training bonus per person trained
• $100/week bonus for 1,000 packages delivered
• $25–$50/week rescue bonus
• Opportunities to earn $1,040–$1,500/week 
• Weekly pay

• Time-and-a-half on day 5 and 6

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 days/week
• Part-time: 1–3 days/week
• Start at 10:00 AM until delivery completion
• Friday–Monday options available

What You'll Do

• Complete package delivery routes on time
• Safely drive and inspect company vans
• Follow traffic laws and safety rules
• Use a smartphone for GPS, scanning, timekeeping, and communication

What You Need

• At least 21 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license
• Willing to submit MVR, drug test, and DOT physical (employer-paid)
