Bear Pack Logistics is hiring experienced CDL-A Linehaul drivers for our Grove City, OH operation!

Pay & Bonuses

• $31/hour base rate 
• $1,884+ typical weekly earnings
• $40.50/hour overtime after 40 hours
• $3,500 full-time sign-on bonus
• $1,250 part-time sign-on bonus
• Monthly performance bonus opportunities
• Pay increases based on tenure
• Earnings protection when qualifying scheduled runs are canceled

Home Daily | Daytime Regional Routes

• Home every day – no extended OTR stays
• Daytime dispatch between 6:45 AM and 11:00 AM
• Typical workdays of 8–10 hours
• Regional routes throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee
• 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & hook loads
• No hand-loading or unloading
• Modern automatic Freightliner day cabs and sleeper tractors
• Well-maintained equipment

Schedule

Full-time drivers must be available to work six days per week, including at least one weekend day.

• Mandatory six-day schedule for full-time positions
• Typical workdays of 8–10 hours
• Daytime dispatch between 6:45 AM and 11:00 AM
• Home daily
• Part-time opportunities also available
• Based out of Grove City, OH 43123

CDL-A Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Doubles endorsement required before start date
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years
• Safe and acceptable driving record
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Able to consistently report for scheduled daytime runs
