About Dusty Roads

We are a safety-focused FedEx contractor that values reliable drivers, teamwork, and support. Our drivers work from 10800 S Reitz Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.

Pay & Benefits

• $147–$160+/day with available bonuses
• Pay leveled up as you meet the new tiers

Schedule & Hours

Full-time | 5 days/week. Route schedules are based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up vehicle and packages at the FedEx terminal
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Safely drive delivery routes
• Scan and log packages
• Use GPS to find delivery locations

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR, background check, drug test, and DOT physical; employer-paid
• Reliable and safety-focused
